I have referrals for other ForeclosureRadar FLX Feed Realtors

I'm getting many requests off the FLX feed, and about half are outside my San Diego area, so I cannot advise the interested buyer/investor about the properties (is it on the MLS, what are the prices in that area?), nor can I show them those homes.

I'd like to build a referral network of other realtors who have the FLX feed, so I can direct my website readers in other cities, to *your* website. Thanks for your interest, and I have about 10 buyer leads ready to send out right now.

I will only refer my leads to realtors who at least are willing to spend the $70/month to educate themselves on foreclosures, and who understand the business.

If you don't get it, don't contact me.

I know this is harsh, but if you don't have a website with free search tools, you are like driving a horse buggy! Not only are you outdated in what you know and do, you are not serving anybody.

Take out your newspaper ads, which nobody reads, and get free search tools like FLX.
