Great deals on REO's are a reality in Redding California...

Investors are starting to return to the Redding California market after a 2 year hiatus. The last underpriced home had 25 offers on it!! The home was about 12-15% under market value in a great area and the buyers and investors swooped down on it.

These steals are not an everyday event but if you have someone looking out for you daily that KNOWS the market and studys it daily like I do you have a good chance!
