Unless tenants have a lease

Unless tenants have a lease the pre-dates the foreclosing loan, they will be evicted after the foreclosure unless they move. Most lenders, as well as 3rd party foreclsoure buyers, will give tenants $500-$5000 to move quickly and leave the house clean. This is a tenants best solution.
