Auc. date is 7-23 / How much time do we have to move?

We are in FORECLOSURE - Our action date is July 23rd. How much time will we have to move after that....AND STILL AVOID EVICTION?

It really varies by bank.

It really varies by bank. Probably at least 3-4 weeks without even the eviction being filed. And with that you should be able to get $2,000 from the bank in exchange for leaving the place broom clean.
