any one have problems with residential mortgage

Myself,husband, 2 teenagers and 2 dogs live in Valencia and been living in this house for 21 years. Much to our suprise or whatever you can call it. Our second(first paid off)lender has h found us in default and foreclosed on us. I would like to hear if anyone else has issues with residential mortgage. please respond asap. Thank you, Debbie

I just answered another post you made. Now that I see you are in CA, I would suggest contacting attorney Pamela Simmons, www.pamelaw.com. The odds of getting your home back are not in your favor, and you will need a great attorney to stand a chance.
