Hi Vicky, There are

Hi Vicky,

There are certainly investors out there who might be interested in that proposition. You are right to be focused on someone you can trust, though it may not be as hard as you think.

Reputable investors should be able to provide references. Pay attention that the references are credible… not just others that are in on the deal. Specifically ask for references of past customers who are renting back with an option to buy.

Good Luck.

What will be different after

What will be different after an investor buys your property to save you from foreclosure?

An Investor is usually there to make a profit and cover his/her holding costs. And they would have to catch you up on all your late fees, liens etc.

How do you see this working with out you paying more for your house later?

Sorry to ask the tough questions, but if you can't pay now - how will you pay later.
