Some auctions don't seem to show up

I've been following a couple of auction properties, and have Trustee Sale numbers. According to some auction posting/publishing companies, I've noticed two auctions I'm following have been postponed about 4-6 times. These same properties aren't listed on Foreclosure Radar. Have they been postponed too many times so they fall off the list?
Also, is there a gap of time when a property is in pre-foreclosure before moving to auction stage? I'm mostly wondering if I watch a property in pre-foreclosure, is it normal to see it drop off the list completely and pop back on the list a couple of weeks/months later as an auction?

Hi Hannah,
We are more than happy to research any properties that there seem to be errors on - just forward the address of the property to support at foreclosureradar.com. With almost no exceptions we do NOT remove properties after a notice of trustee sale has been filed until the property is either cancelled or sold.
Regarding the gap, a notice of trustee sale is filed 105 days after a notice of default on average. If it hasn't been filed by 120 days we do remove the property from our search as we feel the likelihood is that these homeowners have resolved their problem at least for now. If a notice of trustee sale is filed after that it will then re-appear in our search.
