Do you list only homes, or all types of real estate?

I'm interested in commercial r/e as well as residential.

Hi Geoffrey - we cover ALL non-judicial foreclosures in California regardless of property type. The vast majority are single family, homes, followed by condos, then multi-family and finally commercial. I have actually bought a couple of commercial deals at trustee sale that worked out very well
