Can I use ForeclosureRadar to get REO listings?
I'm trying to get some REO listings. How would your service help me in getting in front of the bank or asset managers so that I can have a chance of getting the listing?

With our daily auction

With our daily auction updates you'll often know about new bank owned properties before the banks do!

We do tell you the name of the bank that is foreclosing, but ultimately you will have to find the asset manager within the bank and build a relationship with them. We do recommend the Lane Guide which offers a directory of contacts within the banks and can help with finding the right contact.

We also give you something to talk about with that asset manager when you do reach them. By knowing exactly what the bank is taking back in your area you can discuss specific properties rather than just asking for listings.
