Can I track foreclosures in specific areas?

I am considering this service to track the rate of foreclosures in high-end areas like Beverly Hills and Bel Air. Is there a way I can view the foreclosure rates in specific areas (or zip codes) over the past 12 months, as well as the future?

Yes, this can be done using our Analyze feature which presents key foreclosure trends in graphs. You can choose from a number of metrics - like number of notices, and by zip, county or statewide.
