Can I save searches to analyze, compare, and track specific properties?

Using ForeclosureRadar.com, can I save my search results, so that I can do my own analysis, comparisons, and tracking of specific properties? I want to exclude previous search results, and export the results to Microsoft Excel. Is this possible with ForeclosureRadar.com?

ForeclosureRadar.com also allows you to save your search criteria, and you can even set it up to only search for new results since you last searched.
Also you do not need to track properties in Excel, our Deal Manager feature lets you add selected properties to a separate list, and then allows you to add photos, notes, and do financial analysis on each property.
