Will Bank seek a Judicial Deficiency Judgement
I had a home in Arizona and took out a HELOC for 91k. 31K of that money went to pay off the second mortgage. It is two years later and the home is going into foreclosure. Arizona is a non-recourse state. But does it apply to HELOCS where a portion of the funds (31k) went to pay off the second mortgage. In the current foreclosure climate, what is the likelihood that they will come after me? I have also moved to Pennsylvania if that makes a difference. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
