I don't know the eviciton laws in NH, but typically you just need to wait for the banks real estate agent to show up and make you an offer. In any event you will certainly be contacted regarding moving. When you do, you should inquire, and ask for money in exchange for moving quickly and leaving the property clean.
Interesting. I tried to refinanace but was told I had to wait a year in the loan. Justification of a hardship was there but that did'nt matter. I attempted to sell short and had 7 offers with two all cash offers but the lender took so long to get back to me and were always very rude and at times would hang up on me. One year later, I get a call and they want to modify the loan. I don't qualify, I am self employed and in the real estate industry. They have sold my condo and I am being offered cash for keys. What I have gone through and am still going through is a very emotionally draining ordeal. I'm tired. This is going to affect me for years to come. To those who say, you got into to a loan that didn't make sense, yes, it did make sense but who would have predicted this downfall of the housing market and economy. I now am working with home owners that want to stay in their home and assist them in the short sale process, now lenders want to talk to me and don't hang up on me.
