can the lender title property back to you on foreclosur
can the lender legally title the property back into your name after you filed bankruptcy and had foreclosed on them? I had filed bkcy and found out that the lender title property back in my name to avoid a law suit with the landlord. specifically referring to a mobile home that is on someone elses property.

Hi - Really not enough

Hi - Really not enough detail here to be able to say. You say you foreclosed on "them", but I'm assuming you meant that the lender foreclosed on you. Also sounds like this was a mobile home, that sits on leased land? Generally no one can grant property to you without your permission - but a lender can certainly grant a foreclosed property back to you with your permission. Given the landlord lawsuit I'd suggest you seek legal advice soon as time is often important in these cases.
