winning bid on REO..
I did a search on foreclosureradar.com and only show bank owned homes. What does it mean when it shows winning bid? Does that mean someone purchased it?

Hello dran928,

The winning bid is the amount at which the property sold at auction. If it was sold back to the bank, it will be the same as the opening Bid.
