Vesting optons

Sean, Can you give some examples and possible benefits

of vesting options after winning a bid at a trustees sale. What is the easiest and most effective if you intend to do a quick flip. Should you put it into an existing trust? I know I need to look at my personal situation but if you could give some examples of what has been effective and/or  where I can gat some additional information for this subject it would be greatly appreciated

Hi Sean,

thank you for always responding quickly and thoroughly.

Could you please tell me what the pros and cons are for vesting LLC's and trusts? How do these two differ?

Is there someone I can talk to or a website I can read up about this, for the sake of aquiring real property at trustee's sales?

Any information would be much appreciated.
