sean,
i just signed up for the website and i can see it is going to be awesome. do you update the properties that are going to auction but are postponed for some reason? example can i look at your list and see that the house i want to bid on is not going to auction that day? the home i am looking at currently is still under active, and i see other homes in the cancelled or postponed section, so i am assuming that you do update that. but, is it accurate and up to date? thanks, Brent

Hi Brent - yes we make every effort to update all Active's by the end of the day. There is typically about 1% that we are unable to get the same day, though we tend to get most of those the next day, so just check back.
