We don't track either at this time. We've considered tracking the REO Auctions, but it would be quite costly and the companies that hold them could choose to post the information for free wiping out any investment we made.
As fo bulk sales, it will really depend on how they are recorded. There are very few happening at this time so it does not seem worth the effort.
