Sean i see that this property got sold 8/25/08 at auction to a 3rd party for 156,000. is that correct? the starting bid was 438,352. Am i reading this correctly? when you look at the tracking list view on Tulare county on 8/25/08 you see 2 properties sold to 3rd parties. I was involved in the bidding on Palo Alto, but it sold for $105,000 (and i see that denoted in the winning bid section. but the trebiano property i was not around for and i see no info in the winning bid section. why not? any help would be awesome. thanks, Brent
