Trustees are mailing trustee deeds past the 15-day protection period per Civil Code 2924. Kinda scary as it opens your foreclosure purchase up to possible title issues and title fraud.

Yes, this happened to me. I received a trustee deed from California Reconveyance on 5/22/2009 for a foreclosure I purchased on 5/5/2009.
