Wow, it just seems the more I read, the more I see REO homes as a huge investment opportunity. The government keeps making the deal sweeter and the prices are just so favorable. I found a great resource for searching and bidding on REO homes. The site even has a feature that helps you find an agent who understand REO. GoHoming.com

When I see a waiver like this, it gives me hope that the government and the banks are doing what is necessary to get these foreclosed homes back on the market in a way that they will get purchased.

I don't want to be remembering 10 years from now how I really should have bought one of those REO homes back when interest rates were 5% and there were great houses for sale at record low prices all over the country.
